Online Return/ Exchange Policy

All online purchases are final sale, all Vintage garments are sold AS-IS. Items are described to the best of our ability and measurements are provided. Items may have signs of age. We do our best to identify any flaws that are above and beyond normal vintage wear. Garments may not be returned if they do not fit. All other curated goods featured online are marked final sale as well.

What if you received a damaged/ defected product?

Please submit a email to info@laloupevintage.com with photos of the damaged item and photos of the damage in question. Please note all goods are to be inspected for any defects as soon as the package is received. Any damages or issues not reported within 7 days of package delivery date will not be considered for return.

If a return is honored, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with any returns. We do not provide return shipping labels. If La Loupe Vintage pays for return shipping, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. 

When will you receive refund after damaged/ defected request?

Once the damaged request has been approved and the returned item has been received at our facility, please allow at least five (5) business days for your refund to be issued. Our team will notify you once the refund has been processed.

In-store Return/ Exchange Policy

In-store purchases may be eligible for exchange within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase. Product(s) must be in its original condition and original packaging with La Loupe Vintage tags attached. All sale (clearance) items and opened apothecary items are ineligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit.

In-store purchases are only eligible for store credit or an exchange for the exact price paid detailed on your proof of purchase. A refund is not offered for product(s) purchased in-store. Please have the receipt and product(s) in their original condition (with tags attached) within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All sale products and gift cards are ineligible for return, exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to revise the above policy at any time, with or without notice (subject to applicable law), if such policies are not a contract of any kind.
