Looking for a Senior Sales Associate

Directly reports to Store Manager and Business Owner

Starting Pay is $20 hr. approx 25-32 hours a week

Must be available weekends 

Responsibilities include:

Setting an example of excellent customer service skills.

Assisting other staff members in exceeding customer service expectations.

Set and maintain a positive and professional tone for the day for the entire team.

Assist the Store Manager in executing all areas of shop operations.

Buying merchandise for the store that best suit our customers needs.

Skills required:

Strong communication skills.

Ability to coach peers and give feedback.

Minimum Retail experience 3+ years.

Experience preferred:

Vintage Apparel knowledge.

Apparel & gift merchandising.

Examples of successfully training others.
